BBES appoints business services director

Balfour Beatty Engineering Services (BBES) has appointed John Sharp to the new position of business services director.

In this role he will be part of the company's executive leadership team which is responsible for its business processes.
BBES explained: 'Safety, health and environment; quality, the business process manual and information and communications technology are all essential elements of the company's operations and in his new role, John Sharp has taken on the challenge of analysing how these functions work, improving the way they inter-relate and ultimately increasing business performance.'
Mr Sharp - who has a background in business systems and change (having worked for many years with NG Bailey as business process development director) - reports to managing director John Moore.
