Keysource, the data-centre company, has signed a supply agreement with Airedale International Air Conditioning.
Under the terms of the agreement, designed to support future growth, Airedale will become the manufacturing and development partner for the market-leading Keysource 'ecofris' cooling solution.
The award-winning 'ecofris' design is already installed in a number of locations throughout the UK. The new agreement will allow Keysource to ramp up the development, manufacturing and testing of the design, delivering a quicker and more standardised solution to the customer.
Managing director of Keysource, Mike West, said, 'We have been driving hard for the past six years to deliver high performance data centres and 'ecofris' has been a key component of that approach. Having developed the solution this far we wanted a leading UK-based manufacturer who shared our commitment to high quality engineering and could support our expansion and increased demand for 'ecofris'.
'This latest agreement builds on many years of collaboration with Airedale and we look forward to developing the relationship moving forward.'
Airedale's managing director, Clive Parkman, said: 'This agreement will be of benefit to both parties and will enable Keysource to continue to meet the demands of more customers both here in the UK and other markets. The 'ecofris' solution is unique and we are proud to have been chosen to support it.'
