ACR News launches the Customer Service Award for frontline staff

As a direct response to popular demand, ACR News has introduced the Customer Service Award.
This Award is aimed specifically at frontline acr staff - those people on the ground that deal with the customer on site or on the telephone.

ACR News is looking for the person who exemplifies excellent customer service, the person who goes over and above the call of duty to take care of his or her customers.

As this award was demanded by so many individuals from all levels and locations within the acr industry, ACR News is opening both nominations and judging up to the entire sector, with voting taking place online after Christmas.

The winner will be announced at the ACR Awards 2014, held on 12 February at the National Motorcycle Museum, Birmingham.

Who can take part?
Anyone, anywhere in the world, working within the field of air conditioning and refrigeration, from all areas of the business. Whether they be the accounts clerk, receptionist, apprentice, engineer or company owner, all have a chance of winning.
(Note that we will have to seek permission to enter from both nominee and their employer.)

How do I nominate someone?
Send an email to lsencicle@datateam.co.uk by 17 December with the following:

  • Name of nominee:

  • Company they work for:

  • Contact (telephone and/or email) of nominee:

  • Explain why this person should be recognised for their excellent customer service in a maximum of 600 words.
