Vokèra and APHC team up for rewards

Vokèra has reached a collaboration agreement with the APHC (Association of Plumbing and Heating Contractors) which aims to help contractors to develop their businesses.

The agreement will provide a range of benefits including discounted membership rates and free training.

Installers who are registered with Vokèra's Affinity scheme will receive an exclusive discount on APHC membership which includes access to discounted gas notifications.

Any contractor joining the APHC will also receive 500 Vokèra Affinity points (worth £35). Affinity registered installers can earn points each time they purchase a Vokèra product, which can be exchanged for rewards, including shopping vouchers, experience days, games consoles and sports/leisure equipment. Also as part of the collaboration agreement, a contractor can also use their Affinity points to renew their APHC membership.

Once registered with the Affinity scheme, APHC members can also receive free product training on all Vokèra products at centres across the country, on courses covering high efficiency, fault finding and a renewables worth £50 each. APHC members receive 15 per cent off all accredited courses, including the hot water systems and safety certificate, energy efficiency for domestic heating and a selection of certified renewables courses.

APHC members also have the opportunity to become a Vokèra approved installer, providing access to extended warranties and Vokèra marketing support, including dual branded clothing and literature, 'approved installer' van livery and access to enhanced Affinity rewards.

Tim Keeler, chairman of the APHC, said: 'This collaboration aims to give plumbing and heating contractors a range of new benefits, in addition to the support they already receive from being a member of the APHC - which includes advice and money saving services, access to technical, IR, business and legal helplines, downloadable business resources, a 'find an installer' online search listing and competitive trade insurance. Through this collaboration Vokèra has gone much further than being an APHC supplier member - offering contractors a range of discounts and offers that they will really benefit from.'

Steve Cipriano, managing director of Vokèra, said: 'Vokèra is committed to our installer and contractor customers, and we think about them first and foremost in everything we do. This collaboration agreement is another example of the support and benefits we offer.'
