Swale Heating wins £8.85m contract

Swale Heating has won a five-year contract worth £8.85m to provide repair and maintenance services for the Town & Country Housing Group (TCHG).
It is one of the largest deals that Swale Heating has ever won and involved a six-way tender.

The company will be responsible for repairing, servicing and maintaining gas and electrical heating appliances and hot water systems, plus alternative fuel energy systems, for around 6,500 homes across the south east.

The firm will also work with TCHG to replace and upgrade existing domestic heating systems with energy efficient and sustainable heating and ventilation systems.

Sales director at Swale Heating, Matthew Edwards, said: 'We're proud to be associated with an organisation that has such a strong commitment to providing good quality housing and outstanding customer service, and which values the experience and reliability that our highly trained engineers deliver.

'We look forward to working with TCHG to maintain its excellent gas safety compliance record and meet its environmental sustainability objectives.'
