Flogas steps into social media

LPG supplier Flogas says it is helping to keep installers up to date with the latest industry news, employment vacancies and special offers with the launch of a Facebook page and Twitter stream.
Installers who become fans of www.facebook.com/flogasukltd or follow @flogasuk on Twitter will be among the first to find out what's happening at Flogas, as well as being given the chance to take advantage of exclusive deals for their customers and even view potential job vacancies across a host of LPG projects.

The launch is the latest step in the company's marketing drive to further strengthen its presence within the industry, and follows an intensive rebranding project across the supplier's portfolio of depots in the UK.

Flogas marketing manager Chris Aston said: 'We know from our customer insight that increasing numbers of installers are taking advantage of social media to keep abreast of industry issues, news and product developments when out and about, so our Facebook and Twitter channels will enable us provide them with a one-stop shop to find out everything they need to know.'
