Fernox welcomes new team member

Fernox has welcomed new product data and project manager, Sean Moussa, to the team.

Sean Moussa, Fernox's new product data and project manager.

Mr Moussa has joined Fernox following six years at Baldwin Technologies, where he developed his expertise in mechanical engineering, design and process improvement.

As product data and project manager, Mr Moussa will be responsible for implementing a centralised Product Information System (PIMS), as well as the project management of activities relating to improvements in data and change management.

As part of the Fernox commitment to harnessing data to improve processes across all parts of the business, Mr Moussa will also assist with building robust product and data management systems, methodology, tools and techniques, with the aim of streamlining processes and improving supply chain practice both internally at Fernox and for key Fernox suppliers.

Mr Moussa’s previous experience at Baldwin Technologies began as a marketing design engineer, later fulfilling the roles of manufacturing process engineer and engineering manager. Over six years he was able to build his skills and experience, which he will now apply to his new role as product data and project manager at Fernox.

Mr Moussa said: “I am looking forward to utilising my knowledge and experience to add further value at Fernox. Fernox recognises the need to use data to challenge the status quo and improve processes in order to enhance the customer experience, which is a refreshingly proactive approach. I am excited to work closely with the rest of the Fernox team to ensure that my work is beneficial and easily adopted by the business.”

Anna Tarbuck, product management director at Fernox, said: “Data plays an increasingly important role in our operational efficiency. We are delighted to have Sean on board to create, implement and manage tools that will in turn, help our business become more agile and provide exceptional customer service.”
