Dale Thomas has joined Benson Heating's Knighton team as a technical sales engineer.
Mr Thomas, who has a Masters Degree from Staffordshire University, will combine his technical knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and support on Benson's products.
In his new technical sales role, he is particularly looking forward to becoming a key point of contact for clients and the rest of the sales team and ensuring the company continues to provide products and services of the very highest standards.
