Balfour Beatty Engineering Services (BBES) has appointed Steve Tovey as director of Modular Systems + and Site Services.
Mr Tovey, currently operations director for the Midlands, replaces Bob Francis, the present director of Modular Systems +.
Mr Tovey has worked for BBES for 34 years and has held a number of key roles within the company including operations director for health and design and build operations manager. He was also involved in the initial conception of BBES' off-site manufacturing facility.
