Controls for heater batteries

Heater controls can be supplied in either single or three phase supply.

           AAH CONTROL BOX RANGE FOR 1 AND 3 PHASE HEATERS
This range of controls is designed for electric heater batteries that already exist or the customer wishes to have a Thyristor control as well as our energy efficient system to use with your heaters.
AAH supply the control box with customer terminals and a prewired air flow switch, over heat cut-out and duct sensor (2mtr lead). The system will require a local isolator. The control comes as standard with 2x 25mm entry holes in the bottom for supply and load. The terminals are, Power, earth, neutral, air flow, duct sensor, over heat cut and on/off. On the board there are also terminals for room sensor and fan control 650w 3amp supply
On the website under downloads you can find the many ways the control can be used as well as the specification. The controls are designed to meet the current EU standard for EMC. Our 3 Phase controls are all star point but do require a neutral for the supply of the board. (See our installation and trouble shooting guide under down loads for more information) This range is only designed for mounting in a dry area and not to be splashed with water.
 
AAH/2C4.5 is a single phase control box for up to and including 4.5kW £244+vat
AAH/4C9.0 is a single phase control box for up to and including 9kW    £321+vat
AAH/6E15 is a three phase control box for up to and including 15kW    £428+vat
AAH/6E22 is a three phase control box for up to and including 24kW    £457+vat
Not only is this a very cost effective way of controlling your heaters, it will save you energy as all our systems use our self-tuning algorithm.
