After just a few months on the market, the Worcester 2000 boiler from Worcester Bosch has seen healthy sales as the brand continues to ensure its products are made more accessible to installers and homeowners alike.

After listening to installer feedback, the natural gas-fired boiler was introduced to offer the brand’s quality and reliability, as well as answering the call for accessible pricing to homeowners.

Entering the market just in time for the colder winter months, the Worcester 2000 has been so far loved by homeowners and installers alike.

Installer Luke Beard has shared his love for the new product with the company: “From a user’s point of view, the 2000 is stylish, affordable, economical and easy to use. As an installer, it’s a great product too. Not only is it compact and light, it also has great engineering software and is highly flexible with its flue lengths and panel removal options.”

Coming with a five-year warranty, which can be extended to six when fitted with a system filter, installers have never had an easier decision of which boiler to suggest for the cost-conscious consumer.

Dominic Sarkar, senior category manager at Wolseley has commended Worcester Bosch for their decision to bring a more price competitive boiler into the market. He said: “With its entry level price, the Worcester 2000 provides us with a more accessible choice when dealing with customers. The opportunity to have a high-quality heating system and aftercare support, synonymous with the Worcester Bosch brand, at a competitive price has been well received by the market so far.”

Carbon reductions for northern arena

Rinnai hot water systems are projected to produce ‘significant’ carbon reductions at a huge indoor arena in the North of England. The company has produced a designed system based on its R290 high-temperature heat pump. This arena regularly hosts large events such as concerts, conferences, theatre plays, exhibitions, live music and other conventions – so the site must have an energy efficient and carbon-reducing hot water system to achieve NetZero.
