Search engine offers live access to new construction projects

A new UK planning application search engine and free alerting service is now able to report on all brand new construction projects within hours.
A website now provides a free, live feed to all UK planning activity. It reports on new planning applications within hours of the original local authority publication. Visitors can search for any type of new construction project across any UK region or market sector.

As well as the live planning search engine, the site offers free weekly alerts to new developments from major national schemes through to smaller commercial conversion projects. All private residential work - including all new builds, house extensions and even loft conversions - is also covered.

'The website makes it possible for contractors and suppliers to the construction industry to instantly find out what new projects are coming up in their market - and what they might be missing,' said founder and construction sales leads expert Paul Graham.

An average of over 500 new construction projects are added to the website each day. Visitors can freely tailor their project alert selections by sector, location or value. For those firms needing contact details and more detailed project information, a paid-for construction sales lead service is also available from just £21.95 per month.

'Planning information has been historically available in the UK - but it's been limited, difficult to access or expensively provided. There's now a free, live search and alerting service for anyone interested in any type of new UK construction project.'

The service can be accessed at planningpipe.co.uk
