Rudi Klein contributes to international relations

Rudi Klein, chief executive of the Specialist Engineering Contractors' (SEC) Group, has been warmly congratulated on his valuable contribution to an international industry delegation to the UK.
During his address to the members of a government of Malaysian study mission, Professor Klein drew on his industry experience to lead a discussion on the implementation of partnering programmes, and to outline the benefits and the pitfalls of such arrangements across the construction sector.

In his letter of thanks, Datuk Ir Hamzah Hasan, chief executive of the Malaysian Construction Industry Development Board, highlighted Professor Klein's profound knowledge, expertise and enthusiasm.

'The visit has given delegates a very good insight into partnering in the UK, which will be useful in undertaking such programmes in our country,' he added.
