The Awards were held at the Derry Building Services annual supply chain conference which rewarded top performing suppliers and sub-contractors over the past 12 months.

'Supplier of The Year Award' was awarded to Fläkt Woods as they demonstrated the best design, innovation, delivery of service and products for 2014. 

Commenting on the Award Paul Nicholson, Contracts Manager said ‘Fläkt Woods were named as supplier of the year for their innovative design solutions, great products and exceptional service. Not only have their products and packaged solutions simplified ventilation and air conditioning installations on new projects but we also felt that their attitude and upfront design assistance prior to projects being awarded was refreshing and one that should be commended.’

Peter Morris, Sales Engineer at Fläkt Woods was very pleased to win the award.  ‘We have worked with Derry Building Services on a number of projects. In September 2014 we secured two orders to supply Basford College in Nottingham with 8 ReCooler HP Units, an innovation new product offering highly efficient heating and cooling technology and a range of eQ Air handling units. I believe the innovation part of this award was based on the new technology of our ReCooler Heat Pump and the level of service reflected in my responses’.

A winning combination and an excellent reward for all the hard work the team had put in.
