Kershaw bags 39 store deal with Waitrose

The M&E firm Kershaw Mechanical has been given a new maintenance contract for 39 Waitrose stores.
Its 12 month contract with the food retailer sees the firm maintain mechanical services systems for the stores. Last year, Kershaw was offered a 12 month contract for 33 stores

'We have a strong partnership with Waitrose and this new contract shows the trust they have in our service and work,' said Gary Smith, the managing director of Kershaw Mechanical Services.

'In many cases we are maintaining the same systems we have installed. It's an arrangement that works well for both Waitrose and us', he added.

Kershaw Mechanical Services operates a 24 hour maintenance service from its bases in Cambridge and Stourbridge in the West Midlands.
