Martyn joined FETA in May 2015 after a 37-year career in the plastics and chemical industries working in various departments including development, sales and marketing as well as a number of commercial roles. In this role Steve served on BSI and ICOM committees. In November 2020 Steve was appointed director of the Industrial & Commercial Heating Equipment Association (ICOM) which is a member organisation working to engage in all aspects of heating related activities.

• Duncan Sibbald, head of certification, BESA

The scheme allows businesses to self-certify their specialist hygiene works to the required industry TR19® Specification and all current industry legislation. Duncan also heads up SKILLcard, the industry-recognised card issuing and personnel registration scheme for people working in the mechanical sector of the building engineering services industry throughout the UK. He has a successful record of working closely with facilities and building managers across a wide range of industries, helping them to operate to the highest standards.
