The HVR Awards 2014 took place last night at the five-star Chelsea Harbour Hotel in London. Hosted by Greg Burns of Capital FM radio, the event provided an ideal opportunity to celebrate the innovations and achievements of the past 12 months, while networking with industry colleagues old and new.
Well known industry names competed against smaller companies for the prestige of winning an award in their sector. An independent panel of judges representing key industry organisations nominated the winners. Judges were Mark Oakes of B&ES, Mike Smith of BSRIA and Mike Duggan of FETA.
Lead sponsors of the event were the B&ES, Marflow Hydronic Systems, Smedegaard and Condair.
B&ES nominated the Douglas MacMillan Hospice, affectionately known as the Dougie Mac, as the official charity of the HVR Awards 2014 raising funds throughout the evening.
