It all started in 1960, when the Diffusion Radiator Company supplied a bespoke heating solution for Boots shop entrances. Boots has remained a loyal customer ever since. It did not take long before Diffusion started to manufacture fan coil units and today it has a large portfolio of products, which it manufactures for an envious list of customers.

All products currently offered by Diffusion, are designed, developed, manufactured and tested in independently-calibrated test facilities, at its West Molesey factory in Surrey. The products offered include waterside and airside control fan coil units, fan assisted VAV units, air handling units, over door heaters, air curtains and fan convectors, together with the highly acclaimed Ambassador intelligent air conditioning system, which was specifically designed for use in hotel bedroom applications.

Diffusion's managing director Leigh Stimpson, who has been with the company for almost 20 years says; 'We are proud to have been around for this length of time and to have weathered several recessions.
