The rights to one of the UK’s leading commercial heating management systems are being offered for sale.
The Eco-Eclipse system is designed for commercial and institutional heating and hot water systems and is one of only six approved products on the Government’s Energy Technology List. It is being sold by consultants Charterfields after London-based Energy & Environmental Systems which developed the system went into liquidation.
The Eco-Eclipse system is used by many high-profile organisations including Sainsbury’s, the London Fire Brigade, Extracare Charitable Trust, Barchester Healthcare, the NHS and the London Borough of Camden, which has installed it in more than 140 housing blocks.
Roger Cutting, a director with Charterfields in London, which is selling the intellectual property rights and operating systems, said: ‘The Eco-Eclipse is an easily installed and innovative heating management system which is used by many blue-chip companies and has the potential to generate ongoing sales. This is an ideal opportunity for companies involved in heating or energy conservation, construction and maintenance, mechanical services or facilities management to extend their product portfolio and their client base.”
