Chance to win a £4,000 plumbing course

To launch its new training centre in Sittingbourne, Logic4training is giving away a free place on its Level 2 Diploma in Plumbing & Heating course suitable for career changers or students about to leave college.

Worth £4,000, this is an opportunity that could change someone's life. Plumbing is an in-demand trade, the starting point to all heating systems, including gas and renewables, with earning potential of up to £50,000 a year.
The winner of the competition will be an enthusiastic trainee whose also up for documenting their journey using video and social media, so other people can see what it's like to train as a plumber.

Logic4training's six-week Level 2 Diploma in the installation & maintenance of plumbing and heating systems, is designed for new entrants with no previous experience. On completion of the course, candidates will be able to trade as a plumber, fitting bathroom suites and radiators, or go on to add other elements like gas central heating to the mix.


Entrants must be:

· 18 or older

· Practical and interested in becoming a tradesperson

· Social media savvy and up for documenting your journey online

· Free to undertake six-weeks of training

Logic4training's next Level 2 Plumbing Diploma takes place on 6th of September. Courses run at regular intervals - if September's too soon, the winner can start training at a time to suit.

Rinnai Provides Turnkey Heat Pump DHW Solution for Leading Northwest Call Centre

Rinnai has provided a low carbon DHW (domestic hot water) Heat Pump solution, with Seasonal Performance Factors (SPF) Analysis, for a Northwest call center to upgrade its existing system to meet government guidance on carbon reduction. The existing hot water system was 2 x 20kW water heaters, each with 300L of hot water storage, and was working at an efficiency level of just 77%.
