Alfa Laval acquires South Korean heat exchanger firm

Heat exchanger manufacturer Alfa Laval has bought 90% of the shares in the South Korean company Leader Heat Exchanger (LHE).
LHE, which targets the compact plate heat exchanger market for the HVAC sector and other industries, was consolidated into the Alfa Laval Group on September 1, 2009.

LHE had sales of SEK 750 million in 2008 and has 170 employees.
