Wilo-SiFlux – the "integratable one": compact design, big features

With the launch of the Wilo-SiFlux, WILO SE is now the first pump manufacturer to introduce a compact, energy-efficient multi-pump system as a standard series that can also be combined with different pumps to create solutions tailored to the specific needs of customers. This pre-assembled, tested and compact system is the first system of its kind to feature standard range of products for heating and air-conditioning applications. At Wilo, that's what we call going beyond pumps.

Highly efficient system, absolute reliability

Operators of large building complexes or industrial plants must be able to place their complete trust in the facility's built-in systems for heating, cooling and water. This is precisely why Wilo introduced the Wilo-SiFlux, a multi-pump system for pumping large volume flows in heating, cold water and cooling systems. Wilo's new multi-pump system is excellent for rental buildings, offices and commercial properties where large quantities of heating water (as specified by VDI guideline committee 2035), water-glycol mixtures or cooling and cold water are pumped. The new model comes with three to four electronically controlled VeroLine-IP-E or CronoLine-IL-E in-line glanded pumps that are switched in parallel. At any given time, two or three pumps are used while the fourth remains on standby. This ensures smooth operation, even if one of the pumps fails.

Compact and cost-effective

Building systems consultants have a range of factors to consider, and lack of space following a building renovation can be present yet another challenge. Wilo developers took this into account and designed the SiFlux to be compact and space-efficient to accommodate different spatial requirements.

Installers, on the other hand, value ease of access, which Wilo developers were able to provide despite the system's compact design. This "plug-and-play" capability speeds up installation on site. In addition, the system undergoes a performance test prior to installation to prevent the need for troubleshooting on site.

Customers also benefit from the Wilo-SiFlux because Wilo-Stratos GIGA high-efficiency pumps can be installed in the special version of the system. This saves energy and money and frees up budgets.

The entire solution in one system

Compact, low-power motors keep noise to a comfortable level and also consume less energy. The base frame of the multi-pump system features height-adjustable vibration absorbers to insulate against structure-borne noise. This system is an efficient alternative to installations with large single and double pumps.
