Big Foot Systems’ Services Support and Light Duty (LD) ranges are the ideal support solution for auxiliary services and smaller air conditioning and air handling units. These high quality products are made from galvanised steel, making them the most robust support products on the market, and are available at prices that bring into question the use of other, alternative solutions.

Service containment such as duct, pipework and cable ladder/tray can be supported using a number of products from Big Foot Systems’ Services Support range, including the Fix-it Foot, the Multi Foot and the H Frame Set. Designed to protect lightweight modern roofs, these offer a range of benefits including cost and time-effective installation, and improved system aesthetics without penetrating the roof top. The supports are also compatible with industry standard componentry, further adding to application flexibility. Providing excellent load distribution, Big Foot Systems’ services support range safely spreads a load evenly across a roof.

The Fix-it Foot rooftop support solution is available in seven sizes and the feet have a 40mm x 20mm aluminium corrosion resistant channel recessed into the top face to allow for easy fixing of services. Made from UV stabilised, durable, recycled rubber with built-in anti-vibration, the Fix-it Foot is an economically and environmentally responsible choice.

The Multi Foot is a multi-purpose support for auxiliary services in isolation or in combination. This extremely versatile and cost effective one-piece support accepts 41mm strut and is available in two sizes with a rigid nylon foot and optional rubber mats or the new adhered rubber mats for optimum roof protection.

The H Frame Set supports auxiliary services in isolation or in combination, helping to ensure a safe and secure flat roof. Offering a versatile application, installers provide their own strut keeping the duct and pipe installations low-cost by fabricating the strut frameworks on site. Featuring an innovative design, the new H Frame Set 305mm is interchangeable with three strut sizes with one foot fitting all. It is supplied with integrated adhered rubber mats, with foot fleeces recommended for use on PVC membrane roof surfaces to prevent polymer migration. Additionally, angled mats are available for sloped roof applications.

Big Foot Systems has also expanded its Light Duty range of freestanding framework systems, designed primarily to support air conditioning equipment and small Air Handling Units on flat roofs. The LD range is non-penetrative, quick to install, robust and frameworks to suit most manufacturers are available next day from stock, with custom frames designed and kitted from standard componentry.

Big Foot Systems’ products and systems are quick and easy to install, ensuring project cost and time clarity, thus reducing the need for complex, time-consuming and expensive detailing. Offering improved roof aesthetics, Big Foot Systems provides engineered solutions that are innovative in design, robust and repeatable.

Big Foot Systems combines market leading products and services with system design and on-site support. Available to install in all weathers utilising familiar componentry, all systems are designed with safety, security and simplicity in mind. Big Foot Systems offers short manufacture and delivery lead times to help a project meet its schedule and stay within budget.
