CoP killer
Over the last few weeks there has been a mini war about CoPs (Coefficients of Performance). There is a new entrant to the market that has made ridiculous claims about the CoPs its heat pumps won't achieve and everyone is up in arms....

How will the new RHI affect high temperature heat pumps?
In the new RHI consultation section 117 it states that the a seasonal performance factor (average COP across the year) must be 2.5 or above to qualify for the RHI payments....
